BoothRocket is a software platform designed specifically for photo booth business owners to help them manage and grow their operations. We provide tools for booking management, client communication, payment processing, marketing automation, and business operations streamlining - all tailored to the unique needs of photo booth rental companies. The platform is built on or powered by HighLevel, a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform, offering specialized functionality for the photo booth industry.

3. Account Information

3.1 Account Creation

To access and use our Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, company information, and payment details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Administrator Capabilities

Account administrators have full access to the system, including all features, user data, and settings. Administrators are responsible for managing user permissions and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. We offer subscription plans at approximately $197 and $297 per month for our advanced plan. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time with appropriate notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Stripe using credit or debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received within three (3) weeks of the payment due date, access to your account and the Service may be restricted until payment is made. We reserve the right to charge late fees or terminate accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to

[email protected] with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation." A minimum of seven (7) days' notice is required before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After this initial period, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscription payments already processed.

5.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will be deactivated, and your data will be deleted from our systems.

6. Usage Restrictions

6.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright or trademark laws, export control laws, or regulations.

6.2 Account Sharing

Your BoothRocket account is for your business use only. You may create user accounts for your employees or team members, but sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

6.3 API and System Limitations

We may impose reasonable limitations on the use of our API or system resources to ensure fair and efficient use of the Service for all customers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of the Service

All aspects of the BoothRocket platform, including but not limited to automations, pre-written emails, templates, workflows, and software design, are our intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store within the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data Policies

8.1 Data Handling

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate measures to protect the security of your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8.2 Data Retention

We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

You retain all rights to your business data stored within the Service. We will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide and maintain the Service.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

9.2 Technical Support

Technical support is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST time on weekdays. We will make best efforts to provide emergency support outside these hours when required.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Our Service is built on the HighLevel platform. While we make every effort to ensure continuous service, changes to the HighLevel platform may occasionally affect our Service. We are not responsible for any interruptions or changes resulting from modifications to the HighLevel platform.

11. Termination Conditions

11.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
You use the Service in a manner that poses a security risk or could harm other users
We are required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the Service

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete all of your data stored within the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
